Hi we're Jeff and Emily, the founders, owners, and operators! We're a husband/wife team who have lived in Utah our entire lives. Dog adventure buses aren't a new idea — they've been bringing joy to pups in cities across the United States and the United Kingdom for years. We've always admired what those services do for dogs and the families who love them. But when we looked around, the good dogs of Utah didn't have anything like it.

That's really where Waggin' Wagon Pup Bus began — not with a grand business plan, but with a simple observation and a genuine love for dogs. We saw happy, energetic pups who deserved more than a walk around the block, and pet parents who were stretched thin trying to give them that. We felt grateful to have discovered what a real pack adventure could mean for a dog's wellbeing, and they wanted to bring that same experience home to Utah.

We've poured everything we had into making this the best it could be for our community. Every excursion includes door-to-door pickup in our custom Waggin' Wagon, a full adventure at our private dog field, and a safe trip back home — all guided by our hand-picked team of Rufferees.

We also believe that doing this right, means more than just showing up with a bus. Behind the scenes, our custom platform keeps everything running smoothly — from client registration and vaccination record management, to daily route planning and field updates sent directly to pet parents. Transparency isn't just a buzzword for us; it's how we earn and keep your trust every single day.
